This is an Attorney Driven Credit Restoration Program
Obtaining the best result for every client is our mission - and we may be able to help you!
At American Best Credit Restoration we work with outstanding legal professionals to help people who have been treated unlawfully by credit bureaus, creditors, and debt collectors.
We are no strangers to this situation - consumers, hard-working people just like you, treated unlawfully. Most of our clients, unfortunately don’t know when they’ve been wronged, and even worse - where to get help, and how to afford it.
A good attorney is typically expensive. However, according to federal statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), legal fees are paid by the company that has violated your legal rights. In addition inaccurate information may be deleted from your credit reports and you may also be entitled to compensation .
We do everything to obtain the best resolution to your case. You can depend on us! You will be in constant contact with your attorney to keep you informed about your case and any new developments. We strive to be completely transparent
Here is how it works:
A Creditor is reporting an account that doesn’t really belong to you, and we file a lawsuit on your behalf, we cover the court filing fee, all litigation expenses, accrue our billable hours, etc. When we receive compensation from the Creditor, we pay you and re-cover our fees, etc.
You are never charged a penny for this service – even if we loose!
What is required from you during the process:
Credit Bureau Dispute Files
After you’ve uploaded the necessary information and documentation, your dispute letters will be prepared within 3-5 days. Signup TodayHow The Process WorksSignup For Smart Credit Monitoring
An email will be sent to you asking for the letters to be reviewed, signed, and then mail them registered mail. There was a recent major lawsuit against Lexington Law which accused them of mailing dispute letters not reviewed or signed directly by the client, so this is a necessary compliance protocol.
It is very important that clients must upload all of the credit bureau response letters to their secure client portal. These responses will always be mailed by the bureaus directly to you. It is important that you keep a lookout for them (remember the letters come in plain white envelops with no return sender – to protect you from identity theft) and upload them ASAP.
